Some of our clients prefer to schedule their cleaning service appointments while they are at work or while they run other necessary errands; while a few like to be home during the process. Either way, you are a guaranteed satisfaction!

To update your billing, you can  login into your account page , click on your name at the upper right hand corner,  and head over to billing info. You can also update your address information and contact information.

Upon request, yes,  you can have the same Cleaning Specialist every time.  Keep in mind that life can get in the way and may cause your set cleaning to be rescheduled or we send a different cleaning specialist. 

Time may vary depending on the size of your home and your cleaning choice.   i.e. the duration for a  general clean of  a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment 3 hours a deep clean may take 4 .5 hours. Adding extras may increase cleaning duration.
